Midlife Pivot: The Real Reason I’m Getting Louder About Divorce, Desire, and Reinvention

I’m In My Own Next Chapter

I’ve been sitting with something for a while.

I’m leaning into my own midlife pivot, not because something is wrong or something fell apart. But because something deeper is calling. My truth, my story that is ready to be heard.

For years, I’ve coached women over 40 who are done people-pleasing, done waiting, done dimming themselves to keep everyone else comfortable.

I’ve helped them leave stagnant relationships, outdated stories, and their inner critic behind.

I’ve helped them step into new careers, new identities, and new levels of confidence.

I’ve helped them reconnect with themselves, prioritize their pleasure, and start giving fewer fucks about who that upsets.

We’ve talked boundaries. Courage. Desire. Reinvention.

We’ve peeled back the layers so they could release the shackles of who they were told to be…

And I loved every second of it. And now? I want to go even deeper.

I’m evolving.

And my work is evolving too.

I’ll be talking more about divorce. But not just divorce, the decision, the unraveling, and the rebuilding.

Because midlife, and certainly midlife divorce, don’t come with a road map.

And sometimes the bravest, most honest, self-loving thing we can do is admit:

This life I’ve built doesn’t feel like mine anymore.

So I’m shifting.

Not into something shiny and new…

But into something that feels more like me.

I’m making space for the hard conversations. Mine, yours, and ours.

I’m making space for the questions that wake you up in the middle-of-the-night.

The quiet grief of outgrowing your marriage.

The rage and relief that can exist in the same breath.

The fear around the question, “What do I do now?”

The sacred, rebellious choice to put yourself first, even if no one else understands.

This is about divorce.

It’s about writing a blueprint for other women so they can get real about a life that looks fine on the outside, but feels empty on the inside.

It’s about what it takes to rebuild your life from a place of unapologetic self-trust.

But it’s also about reclamation.

It’s about what happens after the unraveling.

The unraveling that comes when we hit our 40s and 50s and realize, there is more out there for me.

I’ll still be here for the women 40+ asking, “What’s next?” because that’s who I am too.

My door will always be open for the women who need a guide as they bravely decide to create their next chapter in a way that makes them feel alive!

But most of my coaching will be for my divorce girlies.

The women ready to ask for more out of their partnership.

And those brave enough to believe they deserve it.

Whether they’re asking, “should I stay or should I go?”

“How do I navigate the mortgage payments and the pain?”

“How do I put the pieces of my life back together?”

Or they simply need a safe place to ask the hard questions. To finally say the things out loud that they’ve kept tucked away.

I’m here.

A Sneak Peek

So here’s what else is coming next inside my world:

– A private podcast on divorce in midlife where I’ll spill the truth no one else is saying out loud
– An reenergized, no-fluff email series to help you write your next juicy chapter, your way
– A bite-sized pleasure reset experience designed to reconnect you to joy, desire, and the version of you who still knows what lights her up
– And yes, 1:1 coaching is returning in August, tailored for women navigating midlife divorce

So, if you’re a woman in the thick of it,

Questioning everything.

Craving something real.

Grieving what’s gone and daring to want more…

Come with me.

Not because I have all the answers

But because I’ve walked through the fire too.

And I’m not interested in pretending this part is easy.

I’m interested in what’s possible when we stop pretending we’re satisfied with ‘fine.’

This next chapter.

It’s not just mine.

It’s for every woman who’s finally ready to say:

This is my life, and I’m not asking for permission to truly live it anymore.

If you’re in that space where the ground feels shaky and the questions are big, I see you.

And I’m not afraid to go there with you.

Whether you're considering a life change or smack in the middle of it, I’ve got you.

When you're ready,

I’ll be right here.
