The Midlife Divorce Clarity Call
90 focused minutes to separate what youneed, from the guilt, fear, and everyone else’s opinions. Keep reading…
You deserve one place where you can say the hard things out loud and feel supported.
The Midlife Divorce Clarity Call
You've said, or are getting dangerously close to saying, what you’ve been holding in for months (maybe even years):
“I don't think I can stay married.”
And now, if you’re anything like me, your brain has produced approximately 47 potential next steps, 12 worst-case scenarios, and a mile-long list of reasons you might be the most terrible person on the planet.
You may know something needs to change.
But knowing that doesn't magically make you feel clear, confident, or ready.
Instead, you're questioning everything:
What if I'm making a mistake?
What will this do to my kids?
What if everyone thinks I'm selfish?
What if I blow up my entire life and regret it?
What if he's a good man, but this marriage still isn't enough for me?
One minute, you feel certain.
The next, you're wondering whether you should swallow the whole thing, try harder, wait longer, be more grateful, or convince yourself that “fine” should be enough.
That is an exhausting place to live. (Ask me how I know.)
You do not have to wade through it completely alone.
This isn't a call where I tell you whether or not to get divorced.
No one, not your friends, your family, your therapist, your husband, or a stranger on the internet, should make that decision for you.
This is a place where your truth can finally take a breath without the voices of all the people in your life telling you what you should do.
During our 90 minutes together, we'll quiet noise and look at what is actually happening underneath the panic, guilt, fear, and second-guessing.
Not so I can give you an answer.
So you can hear your own.
This call is for you if…
You've said, “I want a divorce,” but now you're terrified of what comes next.
You haven't said it yet, but you know you can't keep pretending everything is fine.
You feel guilty because your husband isn't a terrible person, but you still need more.
You're afraid of hurting your children, even if they're adults.
You're afraid of everyone else's possible reactions.
You keep replaying the same questions but don’t know the next step to get closer to any answers.
You're trying to solve the emotional, legal, financial, parenting, and practical parts all at once.
You need somewhere to say the things you're afraid to say to the people in your life.
You want support from someone who understands the particular mindfuck of choosing divorce in midlife.
You do not need to be 100% certain you're getting divorced.
You do not need to have your next ten steps figured out.
You do not need a dramatic story, a “bad guy,” or evidence that your marriage is awful enough to justify wanting something different.
You only need to know that something is weighing on you, and that trying to think your way through it alone isn't working.
What we'll do during your Clarity Call
This won't be 90 minutes of “how are you feeling” followed by a packaged “10 steps to a better life” and a “you've got this.”
We'll use the time to help you understand what is really keeping you stuck.
Depending on where you are, we may:
Separate what you know from what guilt is telling you
Identify the fear underneath your second-guessing
Sort what belongs to you from everyone else's feelings and expectations
Untangle the emotional questions from the legal, financial, and practical ones
Talk through what you do, and do not, need to say to your children, spouse, family, or friends
Look at the pressure you feel to prove that you tried hard enough
Identify the support you actually need right now
Choose one clear, doable action to take next
Full transparency, you probably won't leave with your entire future mapped out.
But you will leave with less doubt, more trust in yourself, and a clearer understanding of what comes next.
What's included
Before our call
You'll receive a short questionnaire so you can tell me what's happening, what has been keeping you up at night, and what you most need from our time together.
You don't have to write your life story. It simply helps us know where to start.
Your private 90-minute Zoom call
This is your time.
You don't have to protect anyone, make your marriage sound better or worse than it is, or convince me that your feelings are valid.
We'll talk honestly about where you are, what is keeping you stuck, and what would help you move forward.
And it’s 100% confidential. What we discuss, stays with us.
A personalized follow-up
After our call, I'll email you a short recap of the most important things you uncovered and the concrete next step you chose, because clarity has a funny way of disappearing when fear and guilt show up again. You’ll also have access to me via email for the 7 days after for added support.

One private call. No package required. No long-term commitment.
Just focused support for one of the most complicated and emotionally loaded seasons of your life.
Why me?
I was married for 23 years.
My ex was a good man and a good father. There wasn't one catastrophic event I could point to that made leaving understandable to everyone. In fact, no one really understood it.
I simply reached the point where pretending I was fine became more painful than telling my truth.
I know what it is like to initiate a divorce and then drown in guilt because you are the one changing everything.
I know what it is like to question whether being unhappy is a good enough reason.
I know the fear of telling your children, disappointing people, becoming the villain in someone else's story, and wondering whether choosing yourself makes you selfish.
My background is in counseling, and I've been coaching women since 2018. But I'm not here to diagnose you, pressure you, or make a decision for you.
I'm here to help you love yourself while you tell your truth.
Frequently asked questions
Will you help me decide whether I should get divorced?
No. This is your life and your decision.
I will help you separate your own truth from guilt, fear, pressure, and other people's expectations so you can make decisions from a clearer place.
What if I'm not sure I want a divorce?
You don't have to be sure.
This call is for women who have said the hard thing out loud or are desperately hungry to. We can explore what isn't working, what you know, what you don't know, and what you need before making any major decision.
What if I've already decided to leave?
Then we can focus on the emotional overwhelm, guilt, boundaries, difficult conversations, or whatever is making your next step feel impossible.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a focused coaching and support session. It does not replace therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or mental-health treatment.
What's the difference between this and your free Still Standing call?
Still Standing is a free 30-minute conversation for women who want to talk briefly about what they're navigating, determine what kind of support they may need, and learn how I work.
The Midlife Divorce Clarity Call is a paid, focused 90-minute coaching session. We have time to get underneath what is keeping you stuck, sort through the noise, and identify a concrete next step.
If you already know you want deeper support, you can book the Clarity Call directly. You do not have to take the free call first.
What happens if I want more support afterward?
If ongoing coaching and support feels like the right next step, we can talk about it.
There is no pressure to continue. This call is designed to stand on its own and give you meaningful support in this moment.
You don't have to figure out your entire life today.
But you also don't have to keep circling the same questions alone.
Let's turn the noise, guilt, and 47 possible next steps into one clear, doable action.
“I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate all you have taught me and helped me work through. I feel prepared to handle this divorce financially, mentally, and emotionally. You are a pivotal person in getting me to this place. I want to thank you so much.”
— Missy, Tennessee
